**Aufgaben **Als Head of Business Development(M/F/d) Marketplace verantwortest Du den strategischen Aus
- und Aufbau unserer Unternehmens
- und Vertriebsstrategie sowie die gruppenweite Category Management Strategie und führst ein dynamisches und motiviertes Team von 5-10 Kolleginnen und Kollegen.
- Du entwickelst als Teil des Marktplatz-Leaderships unsere Unternehmensstrategie weiter und verantwortest den Aufbau und die permanente Weiterentwicklung der Business Analytics
- Du treibst die gruppenweite Category Management Strategie, Umsetzung und Steuerung mit Schwerpunkt auf Marktplatz-Zusatzsortimente voran
- Du übernimmst die Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des Vertriebsteams mit aktuell 4 Teamkolleginnen
- und Kollegen
- Du verantwortest die Weiterentwicklung der Vertriebsstrategie für unsere SaaS Marketplace Lösung und arbeitest aktiv mit an unserer Produktstrategie
- Du hältst den Business Case, entwickelst ihn kontinuierlich weiter und bereitest Präsentationen für das gruppenweite Executive Board, den Verwaltungsrat der Gruppe sowie für Investoren vor
- Gemeinsam mit anderen Unternehmensbereichen leitest Du Projekte gemeinsam zur Weiterentwicklung & Optimierung unseres Geschäftsmodells sowie von Prozessen & Systemen und steuerst das Stakeholder-Management

**Stärken**
- Du hast ein Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung hervorragend abgeschlossen
- Du hast mehrere Jahre Arbeitserfahrung in der Unternehmensberatung oder Investment Banking und/oder in einem sich schnell ändernden Unternehmensumfeld wie z.B. Start-Up im Business Development gesammelt
- Du zeichnest Dich durch überdurchschnittliche analytische Fähigkeiten, eine hochstrukturierte, detailorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie erste Führungserfahrung aus
- Du bist umsetzungsstark und ergebnisorientiert, möchtest Dinge bewegen, bringst proaktiv eigene Ideen und Lösungen ein und hast ein sehr gutes Verständnis für gesamtunternehmerische Prozesse und Implikationen
- Du stellst hohe Qualitätsansprüche an Dich selbst und andere und legst eine Can-Do-Mentalität an den Tag, die andere motivieren
