Industrial Architect

Company HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH Full time / Part time: The position can be filled in full or part time. Summary We are looking for an “Industrial Architect (f/m/d)” at the Ulm or Oberkochen site as soon as possible. The department is functionally responsible for HENSOLDT as a whole and has the task of developing innovative solutions to maximize efficiency and productivity. Your Tasks- Development and implementation of optimized production processes and systems for defense equipment at new and existing sites- Develop and implement an overarching industrial concept with a holistic approach and in interaction with engineering architects to ensure a balance between the performance of the industrial concept and the necessary functional requirements- Ensure coherence of the new industrial concept with the future factory and overall industrial strategy as well as the supply chain strategy- Managing technical harmonization activities as part of the industrial activity- Providing technical advice on product, process and system business cases- Development of plant layouts and configurations to maximize efficiency and productivity- Collaborate with other functions, especially KeyProducts product/project managers, to ensure that production processes meet requirements and align with the company's strategic objectives- Carrying out cost-benefit analyses to ensure cost-effective production processes- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards including ESG requirements in accordance with regulations Your Profile- Degree in engineering, supply chain management or similar- Many years of practical experience in the development of complex production processes and systems- Experience in project management and coordination of construction and installation projects- Ability to solve complex problems and make decisions- Knowledge of conducting cost-benefit analyses- Understanding of safety and environmental standards- Knowledge of CAD software and other production tools- Excellent communication and teamwork skills- Very good knowledge of German and English Happy to hear- Work on extraordinary high-tech products at the limits of physics- Fair, performance-related remuneration, plus special payments- Flexible working time and workplace models- Company pension scheme- Individual development and training opportunities- Family-friendly working conditions and meal & snack options- Health promotion and mobility offers Discover more about our benefits " HERE ".
