Your key responsibilities include:

- Coordination and assignment of repair and maintenance tasks
- Scheduling and communication with external service providers
- Organization of safety-related measures and proper documentation
- Review and approval of invoices
- Duty and vacation planning
- Monitoring and reordering of work materials
- Participation in internal trainings and meetings
