**Aufgaben**: Mercedes-Maybach is a leading global automotive luxury brand. In the department “Product Management & Business Development Maybach“, we steer the brand, the products and related services. A small team of passionate professionals with diverse backgrounds, we are driven by our mission to unlock the next chapter of the successful Maybach brand. We ensure success by closely aligning with our counterparts in the key markets (e.g. China, Korea, USA,) and the headquarter functions of Mercedes-Benz (R&D, production, marketing & sales, finance,). In the strategy team, we take the bird’s eye view and ask the big questions, e.g.: how to steer and structure the Maybach business? How to prioritize our market research activities and how to manage our knowledge? Who are our current and future customers and competitors? How could our business model evolve, and which growth pockets should we seek to unlock? & Challenges: As strategy intern at Mercedes-Maybach, you will take on responsibility for: - Screening and assessing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the Maybach business model, taking into consideration brand, product, service as well as customer, competitor and regional developmentsIdentifying strategic action fields, outlining project proposals on how to tackle the identified challenges and taking the lead on defined work packages within those projectsEvaluating strategic options for Maybach in close collaboration with stakeholders (e.g. from sales, retail network, marketing, product management etc.)Generate outside-in views to help enhance the structure and organization of Maybach‘s strategy development and strategy steering **Qualifikationen**: Qualifications: Personal competencies: - High degree of responsibility, flexibility and willingness to achieveHigh result-orientation, proactive approach and hands-on mentalityAbility to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders and hierarchiesAbility to work in an international contextHigh analytical and conceptual competenceBroad range of interests Additional information: Please find the criteria of employment "here".
