**Your Responsibilities**:

- Assist in **creating, analyzing, and documenting** A/B test variations and results.
- Support the **setup, monitoring, and optimization** of A/B testing workflows.
- Contribute to **performance tracking** by compiling reports and maintaining data visualizations.
- ** Translate test results** into actionable design recommendations.
- Collaborate with **design and marketing teams** to optimize creatives based on insights.
- Help **research and assess** design tools and workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Contribute to **developing structured design testing strategies** and reporting frameworks.
- Support the **organization of design reviews and stakeholder discussions.**

**Qualifications**
- ** Currently studying** or recently completed a degree in **Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.**:

- Fluent in **English (written and spoken).**:

- ** Proactive mindset** with a strong interest in **data-driven design and process optimization.**:

- Familiarity with **design tools** (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
- ** Basic understanding of A/B testing** and interest in performance-driven design.
- Some exposure to **performance metrics** (e.g., CTR, conversion rates) is a plus.
- Interest in **learning data visualization tools** (e.g., Tableau, Adobe Analytics).
- Basic knowledge of **HTML/CSS/JavaScript** is a plus but not required.
- Strong **organizational and collaboration skills**, with the ability to **streamline workflows and support process improvements.**
