**The Opportunity**
- Under general supervision, supports sourcing and procurement for assigned area/category/site/special projects.
- Reviews projects to understand internal client needs, savings opportunities, project deliverables and timelines.
- Develops new sources of supply and participates in negotiating contracts within specified spending limits.
- Provides instruction and follow-up to support operations teams with standardized RFP/bid and contract processes.
- Maintains contract files and ensures compliance with necessary contract documentation requirements.
- Improves systems and processes to deliver greater efficiency and effectiveness of service.

**Your Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent
- 4+ years' procurement/supply management experience
- SAP knowledge and ideally Ariba
- Purchasing Management Certification (ISM/CPM, CIPS) would be preferred.
- Strong time management and communication skills as well as a strong drive for results
- Fluency in English and German.
