Are you an organized and driven student with a strong interest in optimization and tools that support effective product management? Join our Product Management PMO & Enabling Products team at Brainlab Our role is to empower Product Managers to reach their goals, enable great customer experiences through our products, and thereby maximize customer value. As a working student, you’ll play a key role in enhancing our efficiency and alignment, focusing on processes, templates, and knowledge sharing to drive impactful outcomes.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- ** Develop and improve Product Management Workflows & Processes**: Assist in refining essential product management processes and workflows, ensuring that they are streamlined and effective
- ** Build and maintain Tools & Templates**: Help create and maintain practical tools and templates that enhance the efficiency of our product management activities
- ** Coordinate Product Management meetings**: Support the planning and execution of overarching meetings, fostering alignment and collaboration across Product Management
- ** Maintain and improve our Knowledge Base**: Contribute to the organization and improvement of our Product Management Knowledge Base, ensuring up-to-date and accessible resources for the team
- ** Support additional Product Management tasks**: Take on various tasks as needed

**Qualifications**
- Currently enrolled in a business, marketing, engineering, or related field, with a strong interest in product management processes and organizational efficiency
- First experience in project management, process improvement, or administrative support, with an interest in tools and template development
- Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to tasks
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams, with an assertive and hands-on mentality
- Analytical mindset with excellent observation and listening skills, able to identify areas for improvement and take initiative to address them
- Fluent in both German and English
