**Job Responsibilities/Objectives**

Specialist in fiber optic network planning and documentation.

Experience in all phases of broadband network planning and project management.

1. Planning and documentation of FTTC/FTTBfiber networks in network level 3 and 4

2. Definition of planning rules, material, fiber and labelling concepts

3. Preparation of implementation and approval plans

4. Preparation of bills of quantities, quantity structures and cost estimates for the duct and fiber optic cable system

5. Technical management of project teams

6.Quality assurance of planning services

**Required Skills/Experience**

1. Completed (technical) university studies in a relevant field (Bachelor's or Master's degree); or completed master craftsman training in a relevant craft; or completed qualification as a state-certified technician; or completed vocational training with many years of professional experience in planning

2. Relevant professional experience in FTTx environment, infrastructure planning, electrical engineering

3. Experience in structured problem analysis

4. Experienced in project management and confident in using common project management tools

5. Confident in all areas of planning: rough planning, detailed planning, approval planning, execution plan

6. High level of German language C1 (B2 considered)

7. Confident in the use of MS-Office

8. Deep knowledge of QGIS Software.

**Desirable Skills/Experience**

Although not essential, the following skills are desired by the client:
1. TKI Net Design

2. NET Engineering
