Aufgaben
**Deine Kernaufgaben wären unter anderem**:
- Du bist Hauptansprechpartner für die Gewinnung neuer Mitarbeitenden und betreust den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess, von der Bedarfsdefinition und Stellenausschreibung bis zur Vertragsunterzeichnung
- Du arbeitest eng mit den General Managern und weiteren Führungskräften der Hotels zusammen, koordinierst häuserübergreifend den Prozess und stellst sicher, dass die Recruiting Timelines eingehalten werden
- Du behältst alle Recruiting Trends im Blick und entwickelst neue Strategien, um den Prozess kontinuierlich zu optimieren
- Du setzt aktuelle Employer-Branding-Maßnahmen um und arbeitest eng mit dem Marketing-Team an der strategischen Weiterentwicklung zusammen
Qualifikation

- Du verfügst über langjährige praktische Erfahrung und fundierte Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Recruiting
- Du hast ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten zur Erhebung und Interpretation von relevanten KPIs
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich, hast ein hervorragendes Zeitmanagement und ergreifst gerne die Initiative
- Du bist kommunikativ, hast Freude am zwischenmenschlichen Umgang und gehst gerne individuell auf andere Personen ein
