**Was wird Dich herausfordern?**:
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Credit Risk Team zusammen, um bei der Analyse von Bonitätsunterlagen aus unterschiedlichen Jurisdiktionen und Wirtschaftsräumen mitzuwirken und hilfst Entscheidungen vorzubereiten.
- Du stehst auch in regelmäßigem Austausch mit den Abteilungen Sales und Tech und wirst auch an Kundengesprächen teilnehmen.
- Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Berichten für das interne Credit Committee.
- Du überwachst Finanzierungen, um zeitnahe Maßnahmen zu ermöglichen.
- Du wirst in verschiedene Projekte eingebunden und erhältst die Möglichkeit, eigene Ideen zur Verbesserung von Finanz
- und Risk-Prozessen einzubringen.
**Was wird Dich zum Erfolg führen?**:
- ** Studium**. Du studierst BWL oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang und bist mindestens im dritten Semester, idealerweise hast du bereits erste Praxiserfahrung im Bereich Finance gesammelt.
- ** Exzellente analytische Fähigkeiten**. Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig aber gehst dabei auch strukturiert und mit viel Detailgenauigkeit vor.
- ** Interesse an Start-up / Fintech**. Du verfolgst die Start-up und Fintech Szene schon länger, und du wolltest schon immer einem dynamischen, internationalen, und teamorientierten Start-up-Umfeld arbeiten, mit dem Bestreben dieses kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
- ** Antrieb und Tatendrang**. Du bist motiviert und ambitioniert, und hast Interesse daran dich in kürzester Zeit ins neue Team einzuarbeiten damit du uns bei den Aufgaben unterstützen kannst.
- ** Technische Gewandtheit.** Du hast ausgezeichnete Excel und PowerPoint Kenntnisse und lernst dich schnell in neue Systeme ein. SQL ist ein Plus.
- ** Du hast eine andere Stärke? **Dann lass sie uns gerne wissen.
Und nicht zu vergessen**:Fließend Deutsch** und **sehr gute Englischkenntnisse** sind notwendig, um in unserem internationalen Umfeld agieren zu können.
