**Your role and responsibilities**:
**Qualifications for the role**:
- In-depth knowledge of end-to-end rebate processes, including contract setup, approval workflows, rebate conditions, accruals, and settlement processes, with experience in integrating new rebate types into a global template.
- Strong expertise in SAP and Vistex configurations, particularly related to Order-to-Cash, FI, COPA, and rebate processes, ensuring seamless integration with SAP FI and analytics tools.
- Proven experience in leading requirements gathering, FIT-GAP analysis, and creating solution documentation, including AS-Is and To-Be process mapping.
- Strong team spirit with experience leading and collaborating in a multicultural, multinational environment, serving diverse stakeholders across global teams.
- English Fluency and additionally one more European Language e.g Italian / German / French will be added advantage.
