**» Your responsibilities**:

- Define and implement global OMT strategy and respective guidelines on standard processes
- Govern HWL tender processing standards (tool, process, templates)
- Define and enforce corresponding guidelines, standards and tools
- Manage, direct and monitor the overall performance of the tender process activities to obtain maximum efficiency, quality, service and profitability for the organization
- Foster collaboration between Global & Regional Sales and Product functions
- Ensure support for Products in definition of HWL products/service/pricing offerings and collect lessons learned regarding customer feedback, won/lost analytics
- Identify IT-improvement/Digital solutions need in sales-related technologies and systems
- Functional Leadership of global OMT Teams

**» Your key skills**:

- Academic diploma (Business Management, Logistics or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of Tender management experience in Seafreight and Airfreight
- Experience in managing and coordinating complex Seafreight and Airfreight RFQs
- Knowledge in Project Management and Logistics processes
- Experience in Leadership in an international environment
- Proficiency in English, other languages desirable (German, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish)
- Confident appearance and empathy
- Intercultural competence and willing to travel
