**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Planung und Steuerung von Produktion und Beschaffung sowie Auslastungsermittlung
- Verantwortlich für die entsprechenden Produktverfügbarkeiten und -bestände
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs
- Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Abteilungen, insbesondere vor
- und nachgelagerte
- Stetige Analyse der etablierten Produktionssteuerung, Ableitung von Optimierungspotenzialen und Mitwirkung bei deren Umsetzung
- Definition und Überwachung von KPIs zur Prozessauswertung
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Wartungs
- und Jahresproduktionsplänen Planung / Dispo für eingebundene Vertragshersteller
- Bestandsbuchungen

**Das bringen Sie idealerweise mit**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Produktionsplanung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifizierung mit entsprechender Expertise, beispielsweise betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Meister / Fachwirt / Techniker (f/m/d)
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Produktions
- und Beschaffungsplanung / Supply Chain Management, vorzugsweise in der pharmazeutischen Industrie
- Sicherer Umgang mit SAP- oder anderen ERP-Systemen sowie mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen (Word, Excel etc.)
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit
- Organisationsgeschick, selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (Früh
- und Spätschicht)
