Then you've come to the right place **These are your tasks** - Supervision and support of mixed-age groups of children aged 3 months to 6 years - Implementation of the operational and pedagogical concept of familea - Guidance of apprentices and social trainees - Customer-oriented, open and trusting cooperation with parents - Planning and implementation of a varied daily routine, tailored to the individuality of the child **These are your competences** - Completed basic training as a childcare specialist, completed studies as a social or childhood educator or similar pedagogical training. - Professional and educational experience with strong selfcompetence, professional and social skills - Joy and patience in dealing with children - Commitment, reliability, resilience and flexibility - You like to come up with new ideas and enjoy creative activities such as singing, dancing, telling stories - Your mother tongue is English or you have a near-native level of English and you also have good German knowledge **What you can expect** - A motivated team with an open "you" culture - A creative working environment with room to design - Personal development with regular training opportunities Interested?
