Purchasing Support

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Support the team in comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers
- Manage purchase requests, raise associated order documentation and support day-to-day administration of all purchasing transactions
- Drive compliance of Supplier orders to expected terms & conditions
- Prepare and support negotiations of contract terms and prices with suppliers within defined responsibilities as well as reports on purchase cost and support cost reduction ideas
- Work with all functions in accordance with our internal processes to ensure compliant ordering
- Proactively manage supply chain risks and deviations
- Efficiently communicate with suppliers and key stakeholders

Ihr Profil:

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Economics or equivalent and/ or proven experience in a relevant field
- First work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent or a similar role in early career
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices, supply chain procedures and supply chain stakeholder management
- Tools: experience with purchasing software (e.g. SAP), Google Suite, MS Office tools
- Effective negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously with genuine attention to detail
- Business fluent English as well as fluent German language skills, other languages beneficial
