**Responsibilities**:
Disciplinary and professional management of the assigned personnel of the respective minicells and setting of focal points and priorities and priorities

Ensuring a smooth production process and the economic, on-time and quality-conform Production results

Implementation of and compliance with statutory regulations and internal standards, in particular occupational safety and quality

Preparation of personnel shift schedules taking into account the machine capacity plans as a basis for the preparation of weekly work schedules or the production program

Recognition and analysis of production deviations (target-performance

comparison) as well as deriving and implementing appropriate measures

for elimination

Independent implementation of LEAN measures as well as independent processing of work on sub-projects in close coordination with the division management

Planning and initiating qualification measures

Participation in the implementation of technical projects and the introduction of new of new technologies

Qualifications:
Completed technical/business studies and proof of vocational and occupational pedagogical qualification (in accordance with AEVO) or completed technical vocational training and advanced training, e.g. industrial foreman, technician, business administrator, (technical) business administrator

Very good technical understanding, ideally in plastics and rubber technology and in handling machine tools, e.g. presses

Relevant management experience in the production area

Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP

Good and convincing communication skills in German and a practical knowledge of English

Confident and friendly appearance as well as strong technical, leadership and social skills
