**About AMBOSS**:
AMBOSS has been one of the most widely used tools for medical students and doctors globally for over a decade. Behind AMBOSS is a team of over 500+ employees working every day to ensure that AMBOSS remains the reliable co-pilot for medical studies and everyday medical practice. On the one hand, you’ll have a large team with a lot of experience to rely on, and on the other hand, you’ll be at the cutting edge, with constant innovations. Did you know, for example, that the New England Journal of Medicine platform “Knowledge+” is currently being integrated into AMBOSS to help junior doctors prepare for their specialist exams?
For you, this means you’ll get a look behind the scenes and have the opportunity to meet teams from different areas and countries. We offer you the chance to work in a dynamic and socially significant environment and to contribute your own ideas.
**You will**:
- Strategize, plan and execute events, workshops, and webinars to introduce AMBOSS to US medical students - especially in their clinical stage of studying.
- Inspire and guide students on maximizing their study potential using AMBOSS.
- Host and present virtual and in-person AMBOSS platform demonstrations to large and small groups of US medical students.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to successfully communicate and maximize the power of AMBOSS.
**You bring**:
- Licensed physician, MD or finishing a medical degree.- alternative: A background in medical education or a related field (MD, DO, or equivalent preferred).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a passion for engaging with others.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for shaping the future of medical education.
- Demonstrated experience using AMBOSS during medical studies.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams and departments in a dynamic workplace.
What would be a plus:
- Some experience coordinating events, managing schedules, and multitasking across projects.
- Basic knowledge of budget planning and data analysis.
- Familiarity with software tools (e.g., HubSpot, Looker/Metabase, Asana, Google Sheets).
- Experience drafting and delivering presentations, both in-person and virtual.
This is an entry-level position at AMBOSS with the potential to join the company long-term.
