**Working Student Content Creation and Social Media (w/m/d)**:
**Your Tasks**:

- Manage and grow ERA's TikTok presence: take full ownership of the channel by scouting trends, developing creative format ideas, producing and editing content, and engaging with the community
- Create engaging content on the go: capture authentic moments in the office, on set, or at events to showcase ERA's culture, projects, and talent in a creative way
- Design and produce standout visuals: craft short trailers, graphics, and social assets for Instagram, LinkedIn or event promotions
- Drive internal communication and team spirit: curate content for our internal Instagram, coordinate cultural initiatives, and support the organization of team events and talent gatherings

**Your Profile**:

- You are studying in Communications, Marketing, Design, Film or a similar field
- You possess good oral and written language skills in English, additional language skills are a plus
- You consider yourself a social media maniac: You know the latest TikTok trends before they hit Insta Reels
- You are confident with digital and design tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
- You have a strong creative and visual skill set: from crafting graphics and social assets to editing short-form videos (experience in photography or videography is a plus)
- You have a proactive, hands-on mindset, enjoy taking initiative and burn for your ideas
