Whether you are a young talent or experienced expert - in the Schaeffler Strategic Digitalization unit you play a key role in the strategic digital Transformation. The strategic oriented Enterprise Architecture Team is developing the target architectures with our business and IT stakeholders and derive strategic transition Architectures and coach key initiatives. Are you open for new exiting role, eager to learn complexity fast and shape the Digitalization Architecture in order to enable the Digitalization “Strategy to Execution” in the dimensions Business, Process, Date and IT? You will be a part of a high motivated, talented and performing Team with direct reporting line to our CEO and responsibility that the Digital Transformation is happening across the organization.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the enterprise architecture (across Business, Processes, Data and IT) within strategic digitalization
- Design future domain or divisional target state architectures
- Design of architecture principles and guidelines as foundation for agile architecture design and development of IT solutions
- Consult divisions and functions in designing digital strategies as well as definition of required initiatives and projects for execution
- Develop architecture guidelines and principles
- International divisional, functional and regional guidance and governance in the context of architecture matters
- Verification of architecture impact from geo regulations as well as digital innovations with regards to business value-add and required architecture foundation
- Communication, visualization and modelling of complex architectures, issues and objectives within as foundation for collaborative development of future states in line with the architecture principles
- Design and govern complex solution architectures in collaboration with solution architects, business strategists, process, data and IT experts

**Your Qualifications**:

- University degree in (business) informatics or digitalization or similar qualification
- Multi-anual experience in business engineering or IT with strong architecture and digitalization focus, skills and related experience
- Track record in complex architecture design and implementation on Enterprise and Solution Architecture level
- Understanding of architecture methods, paradigms and tools (e. g. TOGAF, Archimate)
- Excellent consulting and visualization skills to communicate complex context in a simple logic and consistent manner to different top management stakeholders and experts
- Fluent in English and German spoken and written, German understanding is mandatory
- Passionate client focus and ability evangelize, influence, and persuade others
- High self-motivation in understanding complex context, extract key dependencies and messages, simplify complexity and collaborative design of futures states across business, process, data and IT dimensions
- Willingness to continuously expand your own expertise in an agile T-Shape approach
