To strengthen our Commercial Affiliate in Hattersheim (Greater Frankfurt Area), we are currently hiring a

**Head of Event & Contract Management (M/F/x)**

(Fulltime / permanent / Location: Hattersheim)

**Internal Title**:Senior Manager

**The Opportunity**

As the Head of Educational Event and Contract Management at CSL, you will oversee the management of key customer-facing events and conferences, supporting business units in their planning and execution. This role also involves managing contracts and ensuring effective relationships with stakeholders such as healthcare professionals (HCPs) and hospitals, while meeting transparency reporting requirements. You will play a crucial role in driving successful educational initiatives and maintaining strong partnerships with key stakeholders.

**The Role**
- Lead and manage a team of event and contract administration specialists.
- Define goals and objectives with team members to achieve short-term operational results.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure their success.
- Foster collaboration and cooperation within the team and across departments.
- Collaborate with business units to plan and execute customer-facing events and congresses.
- Manage event tasks for key affiliate events (e.g., large congresses, internal meetings, cluster meetings, sales incentive travels).
- Oversee the contract management team handling contracts with stakeholders, including HCPs, hospitals, and other relevant partners.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure contracts comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Support company initiatives to streamline contracting and achieve further efficiencies.
- Oversee local transparency reporting, ensuring all required steps are executed on time and with the required quality.Support above-market standardizations by providing local input.

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in sales, marketing, medical, or related business operations (with a strong focus on event management).
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.
- Knowledge of relevant legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership capabilities, managing a complex team with a variety of topics.
- Extensive experience in large event management, delivering excellent, high-quality event experiences (client-first attitude).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel.Proficiency in English.

**Reporting Relationship**:
Role that this position reports to: Head of Affiliate Operations DACH

Roles that report to this position: 3 Event Administrators, 2 Contract Administrators, 1 Transparency Reporting Manager
