IHRE AUFGABEN:
Möchten Sie die Formel D bei ihrer Wachstumsstrategie aktiv unterstützen? Haben Sie Spaß am Datenschutz und möchten Ihr Know-how in unser global tätiges Team einbringen? Dann steigen Sie ein als Teil unseres Data Privacy Committee und werden Ansprechpartner:in für unsere dezentralen Datenschutzkoordinatoren.
- In der Funktion des Data Privacy Assistant (w/m/d) unterstützen Sie das Data Privacy Committee und den Datenschutzbeauftragten bei der Anwendung und Optimierung des Data Privacy Management Systems.
- Sie stehen im direkten Austausch mit den dezentralen Datenschutzkoordinatoren an unseren deutschen Standorten sowie ausländischen Tochtergesellschaften.
- Zentrale Abfragen bei den Datenschutzkoordinatoren werden von Ihnen gesteuert. Sie übernehmen anschließend die Auswertung, Koordination und das Monitoren daraus abgeleiteter Folgemaßnahmen.
- Darüber hinaus erstellen und pflegen Sie die Datenschutzdokumentation in der Data Privacy Management Datenbank.
- Des Weiteren unterstützen Sie bei Datenschutzschulungen.

IHR PROFIL:

- Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium mit Bezug zu IT, Datenschutz, Prozessmanagement oder Recht, dabei ist eine einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position wünschenswert.
- Die Position erfordert Interesse am Datenschutzrecht sowie Begeisterung für Themen der Digitalisierung.
- Der Umgang mit MS-Office ist für Sie Routine. Um mit den internationalen Kolleg:innen kommunizieren zu können, setzen wir sehr gute Deutsch
- sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift voraus.
