**How you will experience success with us**:

- You have a Bachelor's degree (or an equivalent degree) and are ideally nearing completion of your studies or in a gap year
- You may have already gained some experience during an internship or as an working student in your field
- You are a reliable, solution-and goal-oriented team player who likes to work in an international business environment
- Very Good MS Office skills
- You have excellent written and communication skills in English
- German language skills only required in the HR and Operations departments
