Leader Network and 3pl

**Grohe Logistik Service GmbH is looking for a highly motivated and**experienced Leader Network and 3PL (d/f/m).**
**In this role, you will serve as the owner and expert for network**
**design and development, with a strong focus on 3PL warehouse**
**logistics. You will play a key role in analyzing, optimizing, and**
**improving logistics.**

**Your Tasks**:

- Overall responsibility for the network design and ensure smooth
3PL warehouse operations, including LDC Mechelen
- Analyze and improve 3PL logistics to increase efficiency and
reduce deficits
- Develop and implement process changes aligned with business
goals
- Act as the main contact between business units and 3PL teams to
translate business needs into technical solutions
- Track project progress and report on key performance indicators
(KPIs)
- Guarantee that all processes meet industry regulations and
standards
- Ensure consistent stock availability through effective planning and
stakeholder alignment
- Streamline communication between internal departments and
external partners to resolve issues and drive improvements

**Our Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain
- Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in network design, logistics management, and
3PL operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working in an international environment
- Proficiency in process optimization and KPI tracking
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
