Join our team in Munich
We are looking for a visionary to join our team in Munich, Germany. We are a small, tight knit team and the environment will be close to that of a start-up. We wear a lot of hats, brainstorm a lot of ideas and are filled with a passion for all things Fashion & 3D.
**The role**:
- You will be trained to become an expert-level user of our software, CLO, but more importantly, will be responsible for all things involving education, customer support and some marketing.
You are the liaison between users and our software development team. You assist clients in translating & highlighting the flexibility and functionality of CLO into real solutions for their unique challenges. You bring your passion for knowledge with you, connecting and inspiring the people you educate.
**Requirements**:
- Training new Enterprise, Academic users
- Planning and leading seminars and live demos
- Collaborating with the CLO Design Team to bring new projects, events and ideas to life
- Participating in client projects off and onsite
- Assisting clients with 3D adoption strategy and implementation
- Creating 3D content for: user engagement, social media and various initiatives
**Responsibilities**:
- work experience in the fashion industry with ample knowledge of pattern making
- Creative, curious + driven
- Takes initiative
- Agile, with proven ability to work in fast paced environments and adhere to tight deadlines
- Excellent communicator
- Team player
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a desire to invest long term
- Willingness to travel
- Knowledge of a 2D CAD or 3D CAD software is helpful
- Willingness to work onsite in Munich (60 days remote work per year possible)
- Speaking english and german is a must, additional languages will be a plus
**Compensation**
- Full time employment
- Unlimited work contract
