Navan is looking for an exceptional Account Executive in Berlin to scale our SMB segment. This segment is growing quickly and we need audacious thinkers to help us scale. As an early member of the team you will have the opportunity to develop the right customer engagement motion to drive maximum revenue and customer satisfaction. You must be passionate about working collaboratively within a team who troubleshoots, shares learnings, and wins together. You will be responsible for finding and closing business via outbound, inbound and self-sell sources.

**What You'll Do**:

- Engage and secure new small business customers through proactive outreach efforts
- Effectively engage and close new customers from inbound inquiries
- Master the Navan value proposition, solutions, and products to guide customers through successful onboarding and adoption of the platform
- Establish consultative, results-driven relationships with multiple customers swiftly
- Collaborate with various cross-functional partners across all levels to refine and enhance sales processes

**What We're Looking For**:

- 1+ year(s) of working experience, preferably within a sales environment
- Successful: Enthusiastic and driven towards hitting and exceeding sales goals
- Hunter: You are constantly working to drive results through your efforts
- Organized: Able to move quickly through and deliver on multiple tasks and priorities
- Adaptable: You are flexible with the needs of a scaling startup and take the changes in stride
- Curious: You are always looking for an opportunity to learn, grow and uplevel your skill set
- Collaborator: you enjoy working with others and helping whenever possible
- Bachelor's degree preferred
