**Your responsibilities**

As a team leader, you will have technical and disciplinary responsibility in the field of technical building installations, TGA (air conditioning and ventilation technology, heating and cooling technology as well as fire protection systems). The area of responsibility of the TGA team includes planning services as basic engineering as well as detail engineering.

Some examples of subtasks are:

- Ensuring compliance with applicable occupational safety, health and environmental protection regulations in the area of responsibility
- Personnel and technical management and further development of the existing team
- Technical coordination and quality assurance of internal and external technical planning and scheduling as well as project management
- Monitoring the quality of performance, taking over of services
- Optimisation of existing processes and development of new concepts

**Your profile**
- University/university of applied sciences degree in supply engineering specialising in technical building services (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitation), energy and thermal engineering
- Experience in leading a planning team
- Several years of professional experience in the control, processing, planning and project development of technical building systems, preferably in industrial construction
- Practical and solution-orientated approach, initiative, ability to work in a team and negotiating skills
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Willingness to travel on business trips with temporary assignments
