Du entwickelst kontinuierlich das Master Data Management inklusive Governance, Prozessen, Systemen und Tools weiter
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung dauerhaft effizienter, wirtschaftlicher und moderner Geschäftsprozesse zur Pflege und Organisation zentraler Stammdaten in SAP
- Du stehst als kompetenter Ansprechpartner und Vermittler zwischen dem Fachbereich und der IT-Abteilung zu Verfügung
- Du definierst Datenstandards und KPIs zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität in allen verbundenen Funktionen und Systemen
- Du gibst die Richtlinien zur Pflege von Stammdaten sowie deren Dokumentation, Analyse und Optimierung vor
- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für SAP Key-User bei Änderungswünschen (Change Management) und Sicherstellung der Unterstützung der Endanwender zentralisiert geführter SAP-Stammdaten
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bist erfahren in der Gestaltung von MDM-spezifischen Geschäftsprozessen mit Schwerpunkt SAP
- Du hast Erfahrung im Konzernumfeld zu den Themen Datenstandardisierung und Data Governance
- In der Umsetzung bereichsübergreifender Prozessveränderungen insbesondere im Bereich Master Data (Change Management) hast Du bereits Erfahrung
- Idealerweise verfügst du über Kenntnisse in SAP S/4HANA
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Dich zeichnen eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Didaktik und Führungskompetenz aus
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist strategisch und lösungsorientiert
- Du bist fähig komplexe Zusammenhänge verschiedener Interessengruppen anschaulich darzustellen und überzeugend zu vermitteln
