**Specialist for Warranty Recovery (M/F/d) Hydraulic**

The primary focus as **Specialist for Warranty Recovery** is to Manage, develop, and lead Commercial Warranty Recovery initiatives and processes in a manner that is consistent with the achievement of Global Warranty Recovery targets and Global strategies for a designated group of suppliers for a defined commodity mix.

The incumbent will be part of a global commodity team for the designated commodity collaborating with the Global Warranty Recovery Manager and peer Commodity Specialists. Additionally this position will interface with Warranty Recovery Analysts who will perform the front end / supplier claims engagement functions of the Supplier Recovery process by establishing expectations, strategizing data analytics, routine supplier performance review and an escalation point for the analysts when supplier adjudication is compromised.

**What You Will Do**
- Handle, coordinate and lead negotiations with suppliers for reimbursement of supplier incurred warranty and guarantee costs for hydraulics and peripherals
- Negotiation and further development of global supplier warranty agreements
- Ensuring and optimizing a stable and efficient warranty process within the framework of a successful and trusting cooperation with suppliers
- Preparation and provision of evaluations on recovery activities as a basis for decision-making
- Close coordination with internal interfaces such as purchasing, development as well as global technical service

**What You Will Bring**
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or comparable degree with focus on Warranty Recovery
- Sound insights in Supply Chain Practices and / or Commercial Negotiations
- Strong presentation competency
- Strong business acumen
- Familiar in the usage of Office 365 tools and electronic business systems
- Very good knowledge of German and English language skills

**A Plus If You Have**
- Experience in successfully interfacing within a large Global enterprise across multiple support sites and functions
- Strong analytical skills and experience in building business cases for strategic development
