**JOB PURPOSE**

To write and translate to ensure consistent and strategic on-brand content, establishing and ensuring the right tone of voice and messaging to maximize engagement.

The copywriter will contribute to an improvement in key brand measures and CSAT scores through stand out, on-brand and clear channel-appropriate copy.

**JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Write in an agreed tone of voice that is aligned with our brand and really brings our personality to life.
- Establish efficient and effective ways of working to manage key stakeholders, scope, and internal requests.
- Ensure consistency in tone across all customer and marketing touch points.
- Support Customer Experience, CRM, Digital (tbc) and Central Marketing with management of their written content requirements.
- Provide guidance and advice when needed to external agencies including VCCP and FCB.

**Requirements of the Role**

**KEY SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Incredibly string written communication skills.
- Fluent in English as a second language.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a matrix and international environment.
- Passionate about writing, tone of voice and messaging.
- Self-motivated and able to work in tight timelines.
- Understanding of customer marketing and engagement’s impact on brand awareness, customer experience and commercial execution (e.g., revenue).
- Experience in creative/advertising copywriting.
- Proven track record in delivering to tight timelines.
- Experience in brand and marketing preferred.
- Organised and good at working cross functionally in a matrixed business with multiple stakeholders.
- Team player, willing to share knowledge and discuss approaches and tactics but also able to work independently.
