Your tasks:
- Administrativ support for local office management
- Office supplies / distribution / invoice booking
- Close cooperation with our Administration office for office needs (including requesting approvals)
- Booking and reservation of rental cars, hotels, etc.
- Cooperation with house administration(facility)
- DHL/ Post & Parcel & Freight (in/out)
- Processing and storing invoices and system booking
Your profile:
- Willing to work in Administration field
- Experience from big/international company
- Good knowledge of MS-Office tools
- Previous knowledge/experience in the same field or assistant jobs
- Driving license (min. 2 years of active driving)
- Fluent English and German language skills
