**Job Description**:
Our client is a full stack Google
- & YouTube Ads Agency and have an in-house production team, that creates content and does high quality productions (as you can see in the showreel)

Their mission is to generate growth in our clients ad accounts as well as for our employees They are 100% remote organized and work for D2C / E-Commerce Brands mainly in Germany. Nevertheless our portfolio is evolving into more international companies.

They are the only Google Ads Agency that is combining creative production with performance driven processes and therefore can offer a unique working experience. They manage over 3 Mio € Adspend per Month and are a team of 20+ employees right now. They offer some interesting benefits such as weekly group sessions with a psychiatrist, who helps the team to prevent stress and learn how they can become an high performance team. Another nice benefit are their workations, where we take the whole team and bring them together in a villa. For example this years workation will be in italy, last year they were in lisbon. They also attend the OMR Festival with all employees, which is also a very nice team event

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute creative concepts and copy for Google Ads campaigns across a range of industries and markets.
- Create highly engaging video concepts and scripts for use in video ads.
- Write ad copy that is optimized for search engine rankings, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform copywriting and video content strategies.
- Collaborate with our team of designers, developers, and strategists to ensure copy and video concepts align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, Google Ads, and SEO.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve ad copy and video concepts.
- Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor copy and video concepts to their specific audiences.

**Preferred Experience**:
**Requirements**:

- Native German speaker with strong communication and writing skills in German and English.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in copywriting for digital ads, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proven experience in creating video concepts and scripts for use in video ads.
- Experience in e-commerce is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment.
