Aufgaben

Du liebst es zu recherchieren und Neues auszuprobieren? Perfekt Bei uns hilfst du mit, **herauszufinden, welche Tools, Copilots und Ansätze wirklich was taugen**, und entwickelst daraus Ideen und Methoden, die unser Team weiterbringen Wir fördern dich gezielt und möchten dir eine nachhaltige Perspektive bieten - idealerweise mit einer Übernahme nach deinem Studium.
- Du unterstützt unser Team bei der **Entwicklung und Optimierung von KI-Agenten** - von Tests und Feintuning bis zur Evaluierung erster Prototypen
- Du arbeitest aktiv am **Aufbau unseres Wissens rund um KI-Agenten und Copilots**: recherchierst aktuelle Tools, Methoden und wissenschaftliche Ansätze, bewertest neue Technologien und leitest daraus Empfehlungen für unsere Projekte ab
- Du **verfolgst aktuelle Trends und technologische Entwicklungen** (z. B. Memory-Architekturen, LLM-Integration, Prompt-Engineering) und bringst deine Erkenntnisse gezielt in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Methodiken ein
- Gemeinsam mit dem Team entwickelst und **dokumentierst**du unsere **Best Practices und Vorgehensweisen** für eine effiziente Agentenentwicklung

Qualifikationen
- Du **studierst**(Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Data Science, Künstliche Intelligenz oder ein verwandtes Fach
- KI, datengetriebene Optimierung und neue Technologien begeistern dich - du **verfolgst aktuelle Entwicklungen** und **willst verstehen**,** wie AI die digitale Welt verändert**
- Du hast erste Erfahrungen mit **KI-Frameworks und Sprachmodellen** (z. B. OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face)
- Grundkenntnisse in **Python** helfen dir, Modelle und Tools praktisch auszuprobieren
- Du interessierst dich für Themen wie **Longterm Memory, Wissensaufbau und Automatisierung**
- Du arbeitest **analytisch, strukturiert** und **selbstständig**, hast Spaß am Lernen und probierst gerne Neues aus
- Sehr gute **Deutsch
