**What to expect**:
As a **Customer Service Coordinator (German & Italian Speaking)**, you will play a key role in supporting our sales operations by handling customer communication, processing orders, and coordinating with internal departments. You'll ensure smooth service and excellent support for our customers in **German
- and Italian-speaking** markets.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance) for seamless order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate ERP records and customer master data
- Monitor sales orders, track deliveries, and manage returns
- Prepare reports and provide insights to the sales team
- Support administrative tasks such as document handling and internal reporting

**Keys to Success**:

- Fluency in **German and Italian** (written and spoken)
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Detail-oriented approach to documentation and data accuracy
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction

**Supervisory Responsibilities**:

- No supervisory responsibilities; manages own workload

**Requirements and Preferred Skills**:

- Fluency in **German and Italian** is required; English is a plus
- Commercial training (e.g., Office Clerk, Industrial Clerk) or similar background
- Strong service orientation and ability to manage multiple priorities
- No travel required
