**What you'll do**:

- As leader, expert and coach, you will build, develop and advance our Partnership and SEO team in Frankfurt
- You will manage multi-million annual marketing budget for our comparison websites
- You will implement agile and intelligent SEA, SEO, and affiliate strategies
- You will cooperate closely with our local market teams as well as other global marketing teams to develop, test, and implement your strategies
- You will provide guidance and mentorship in areas including setup, budgeting, optimization, tracking, reporting, testing and quality assurance
- You will mentor your team while growing each member professionally

**What you'll bring us**:

- You have strong paid media expertise (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram)
- You have completed a Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or equivalent work experience
- You have experience in performance marketing
- You are enthusiastic about innovative marketing approaches as well as their implementation and further development.
- You have an outstanding business sense
- You are a team player and have great stakeholder management
- You are solution-oriented and talk numbers
- You are strategic and willing to drive changes with long term vision
- You are a data-driven person, able to analyze data and derive relevant insights
- You like to take ownership and can drive new projects independently
- You are fascinated by quickly scalable business models and a continuously changing work environment
- You are a self-starter and can work independently
