In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Director of Revenue, strategically charting growth opportunities for influencer marketing, and overseeing a team of 6+ driven individuals.

**Die Rolle**:
As our Head of Influencer Marketing, you will be responsible for
- Directly managing two senior managers, each overseeing four juniors who report to them.
- Efficiently managing team resources for cross-functional projects, contributing significantly to the company’s revenue
- Establishing connections with mass market influencers and celebrities for both performance and brand campaigns
- Integrating influencers and partners into co-branded products and events
- Enhancing KPIs like ROAS, AOV & CAC
- Excelling in Google Sheets, with a strong inclination towards analysis and reporting, making data-driven decisions your forte
- Providing support to your team in enhancing their personal skill sets
- Spearheading the recruitment of an A-Team

**Dein Profil**:

- Possessing 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing
- Demonstrating organizational talent and a highly structured approach to work
- Having an analytical and data-oriented mindset
- Inspiring and energizing your team to tackle ambitious challenges
- Fluent in German and English
- Residing in Berlin and comfortable working partly from the office
- Experience in D2C, beauty, or health industries is a +
