Vfx Coordinator

**Your tasks**:

- Work closely with Producers, Leads, and Supervisors to manage schedules and workflows across departments, ensuring internal and external deadlines are met
- Organize and support dailies, Cinesync sessions, rounds, and meetings - including note-taking and follow-up with artists and leads
- Track and manage client feedback and internal notes, ensuring updates are clearly communicated and logged in the production database daily
- Support timely and accurate delivery of temp and final shots, in collaboration with the editorial team and client-side contacts
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with artists, supervisors, and other departments, escalating potential issues early
- Manage incoming and outgoing client reference material and VFX plates
- Help prioritize render farm usage and oversee data flow for smooth operations
- Collaborate with support departments (IT, Editorial, etc.) to manage resources and resolve bottlenecks
- Help create a positive team culture by being solution-oriented and fostering collaboration

**Ideally you will have**:

- Solid understanding of visual effects production workflows and terminology
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Calm under pressure and capable of juggling shifting priorities and tight deadlines
- Positive and proactive attitude - you help maintain a great team dynamic
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Experience with production tools such as Excel, FileMaker, Shotgun, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus
