We are now looking for a
Engineering Clerk (M/F/d)
to join our team working for a better future.
The preferred location for the position is in Hamburg, Germany.
What you will be doing
**As Engineering Clerk your work will focus on these responsibilities**:
- **Inventory Control**
- Entering data into the merchandise management system as specified by the project engineers
- Coordination of delivery dates and monitoring of delivery times
- Supporting dispatch processing, including providing information for accompanying goods and freight documents
- Maintaining and checking material master data in the merchandise management system
- Creating, modifying and managing technical documentation and specifications as required by the project engineers
- Participation in the improvement of processes
- **Administrativ**
- Supporting the project engineers with cost planning
- Assistance with calculations during the project term
- Preparation, follow-up and recording of project meetings (e.g. list of participants, agenda, location, time)
- Creating presentations, official documents and status and progress reports according to specifications
- Tracking deadlines for deliveries and services as well as the associated preconditions
- Creating schedules in accordance with defined templates
**To be successful in this role we expect you to have**:
- Completed apprenticeship as a freight forwarding or industrial clerk
- App. 2 years of relevant experience in order processing
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Knowledge in purchasing and inventory control
- Product knowledge, detailes SAP knowledge
- Good English and German skills spoken and written
