**Master Data (MES) - Manufacturing Execution System Expert**

**Location: Cluj (Turda)**

**Specific responsibilities**:

- creates and harmonizes the content of the documentation accompanying the product;
- participates in the implementation of the change control procedure on existing products and the validation of production processes;
- responsible for introducing new production materials/products, as well as regulating the status of discontinued materials/products;
- maintains master data of production material types _(production versions_);
- creates BoMs, production versions and master recipes in SAP, of real and planned status;
- responsible for version statuses, their regulatory validity and termination upon expiration;
- responsible for the quality of the activities performed, meeting the deadlines for the execution of tasks, as well as for the observance of the quality system, internal and general regulations;
- performs other tasks, within the field of activity, on the order of the immediate superior.
- in project phase will be responsible for project support, implementation for MES master data and SAP interfacing.
- batchelor's degree in technological, pharmaceutical, technical or chemical studies;
- three year expertise in manufacturing/processing environment: pharmaceutical, FMCG, food, automotive preferred;
- two year experience with computerized systems (MES = Manufacturing Execution Systems); implementation of the systems represents an advantage
- English language - advanced level
- good understanding (experience driven) of manufacturing processes and linkages between different production steps;
- SAP Production/Master Data usage background of 2 years;
- previous, documented, project implementations represent an advantage;
- professional individual, detail oriented, with strong time management skills and the ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects;
- PC operation, Microsoft Office;
- very good analytical and organizational skills, result oriented;
- self-motivated, able to work under mínimal supervision and to provide a calm environment during times of uncertainty;
- proactive, with excellent interpersonal, communication skills.
