Our ESG Risk Management & Business Coordination team in Düsseldorf is looking for YOUJoin Sustainability Department as a Working Student (f/m/d) and support ESG Risk & Business Coordination team in improving and maintaining the ESG Risk Register. **Your responsibilities**
- In the ESG Risk & Business Coordination your main tasks will include assisting risk managers with collection of ESG impacts, risks and opportunities and management of ESG data.
- Additionally, you will be involved in developing a Power App for the ESG Risk Register, contributing to the enhancement of our risk management tools.
- You will collaborate with stakeholders and topic experts across multiple departments and levels on the development of ESG risk management system.
- You will be collecting, analysing and monitoring data on various sustainability related topics and projects including emission reductions, biodiversity, just transition etc.
- You will help develop mechanisms to improve monitoring and mitigation of ESG impacts, risks and opportunities.

**Your profile**
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student or degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. Alternatively, a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with an interest in sustainability
- Understanding of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps and experience in building apps.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus).
- Previous experience in developing apps or working on sustainability projects and/or familiarity with risk management are a plus.
