**YOUR MISSION**:
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES / WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Assist in the coordination of online and offline events, such as webinars and trade shows, by providing logístical support and assisting with event setup and takedown.
- Help maintain event calendars, manage event registration, and handle attendee inquiries.
- Support the marketing team in tracking and analysing campaign performance metrics.
- Contribute to the organisation and preparation of marketing materials, such as presentations, brochures, and sales collateral.
- Assist in updating and maintaining content on the company website.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct market research and competitive analysis.

**YOUR PROFILE / WHAT YOU'LL NEED**:

- Currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree at a postgraduate level in business, marketing, or communications.
- Limited professional experience is acceptable as long as you demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and contribute.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, Oracle or Hubspot would be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a team and take direction from senior marketing professionals.
- Highly motivated and eager to gain practical experience in marketing.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
