As an Product Designer (all genders), you will design and enhance user interfaces to provide a seamless experience for job seekers and employers alike. You’ll collaborate closely with our product and tech teams to bring intuitive designs to life, ensuring our platform remains user-friendly and accessible. **YOUR MISSION**: - ** Create and optimize high-quality, responsive UI designs** and interactive prototypes that align with our brand and enhance user experiences. - ** Conduct user research and usability testing** to refine designs based on user feedback. - ** Partner with cross-functional teams **to ensure design feasibility and improve the overall user experience. - ** Contribute to the design system**, ensuring consistency across products while implementing accessibility best practices. - ** Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes** to visualize concepts and validate design decisions. **YOUR SUPERPOWERS**: - ** Experience**: 3-5 years in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and problem-solving skills. Experience in recruitment, HR tech, or similar industries is a plus. - ** Technical Skills**: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Familiarity with component libraries and design systems is highly desirable.
