- Stellenbeschreibung: Für unseren Kunden aus dem Premium-Segment suchen wir einen Area Visual Merchandiser (w/m/d) im Großraum München. Die globale Brand verfügt über knapp 500 Stores und eine Vielzahl von Shops weltweit. Das Sortiment umfasst hochwertige Lifestyle-Produkte in den Bereichen Bekleidung, Living, Accessoires und Düfte.

Deine Aufgaben:
Verantwortlich für die Warenpräsentation und Dekoration von In-Store
- und Schaufensterdarstellung
Auswahl und Platzierung von Requisiten und POS-Materialien sowie detailverliebtes Styling
Sourcing von neuen Anbietern für Requisiten und Dekorationselementen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Brand Image Manager, Store Development und In-Store Management
Planung und Umsetzung der saisonalen In-Store
- und Schaufenster-Präsentationen sowie von Neueröffnungen
Einleiten von Verkaufsfördernden Maßnahmen
Erstellung saisonaler Planogramme für die wichtigsten Corner im Verantwortungsbereich
Enger Austausch mit Vertriebsteam und Corporate Office
Eigenständige Einsatzplanung und Erstellung von Visit-Reports
Schulung von Verkaufspersonal und Geschäftsleitung zu den bestmöglichen Präsentationsstandards
Entwicklung von Schulungsmaterial und Organisation von Schulungen
Regelmäßige Analyse von Verkaufsvolumen und Lagerbeständen
Mitbewerberanalyse

Profil: Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung im Visual Merchandising

Sicheres Auftreten und Kommunikationsstark im Umgang mit Filialleitern, Führungskräften und der Geschäftsleitung

Organisationsstarke Persönlichkeit

Erste Erfahrung im Head Quarter eines Unternehmens von Vorteil

Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

Hoher Qualitätsanspruch und Detailverliebtheit

Motiviert, zuverlässig und eine hohe Reisebereitschaft

Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch

Sichere Anwendung von Word, Excel und PowerPoint
