Your tasks include the following responsibilities:

- Maintaining and executing the Agile Transformation Strategy of the organizational unit
- Providing guidance and vision by consulting and coaching Executives and Leaders
- Contributing to our global Lean-Agile Center of Excellence in your role as a Trainer and Coach
- Facilitating the cultural change by successfully implementing lighthouse projects
- Systematically improving existing structures by organizing around value to improve development flow
- Contributing actively to our continuous improvement and problem-solving within the organization

**Profile**:

- Several years of experience in the area of Project Management of large-scale projects
- Knowledge of Agile Methods within corporate environments, especially SAFe
- Experience in Automotive processes (e.g. ASPICE, ISO26262) is desired
- Familiarity with project management and reporting tools like JIRA
- Very good handling with MS Office software
- Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to create and maintain a good relationship with senior leadership positions as well as engineering teams
- Determined, goal-oriented personality - collaborative and open-minded attitude
- Thriving in an international, multicultural environment
- Willingness to travel (approx. 10%)
