More and more parts used in the daily life are becoming “smarter” by the integration of microcontrollers combined with sensors which are the eyes of these new systems and the topic of this work. The field of MEMS (micro-electromechanical systems allows these sensors to become widespread due to low cost integration in silicon CMOS architecture. This internship offers you a chance to work jointly with the TI Kilby Labs and Waferfab, and external parties on a cutting-edge R&D MEMS sensor project, which enables you to practice your out-of-the-box thinking skills and to get out of the comfort zone of your studies. This is a cumulative thesis or internship offer within our project team.
