To reinforce our Sales Team, we are looking for you as**:Senior Technical Sales Support (M/F/d)**
**Tasks**:
- Support of national and international customers
- Processing of customer and prospect inquiries
- Regular customer care
- Personal OEM and end customer support, as well as active sales of our product and service portfolio
- Preparation of quotations
- Market and competition analysis
- Monitoring of key figures and realization of optimization potentials
- Reporting system
- Independent handling of major projects, from planning and execution to completion
- Representation of the company, participation in trade fairs
- Regular exchange with product and key account managers of our customers (direct contact person for our customers)
- Support of the sales department (office and field sales) in administrative tasks and system support/maintenance of the customer portals of major customers
**Skills**:
- Commercial/technical training with corresponding further qualification and several years of professional experience in the field of sales
- Technical knowledge
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAP
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Communication skills, negotiation skills, confident appearance
- Independence, enthusiasm, ability to work under pressure, ability to work in a team
- Willingness to travel
