Product Data Specialist

**BRING THE MOVE**: - Data Management: Continuously maintain, create, and ensure the quality of our product data within our systems, collaborating closely with our suppliers for seamless information exchange - Error Analysis & Quality Control: Oversee error management, conduct in-depth analysis of product information, and uphold data quality standards - Interface Maintenance: Work out requirements for interfaces (APIs) to facilitate uninterrupted data exchange with suppliers, working in tandem with our IT department - Reporting & Optimization: Develop insightful reports and recommendations for enhancing product lists and information. Lead system tests and releases to ensure operational efficiency - Project Collaboration: Contribute to the evolution of our online shops by actively participating in projects aimed at continual improvement - Relationship Building: Forge strong connections with data recipients, comprehend their requirements, and coordinate technical implementations through IT **THIS IS YOU**: - Educational Background: Degree in business/media informatics preferred, or equivalent vocational training with relevant further education - Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills, particularly in database management, APIs, and integration tools. Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of XML and JSON is essential - Passion for Data: Demonstrated a strong inclination towards working with data, coupled with analytical skills and prior experience in data analysis - Collaborative Skills: A team player with excellent communication skills, capable of independent work and possessing high organizational abilities - Language Skills: Fluent in English.
