Your Team

As the marketing team we are the key driver that brings our cloud software Meisterplan forward. Our mission is to transfer our passion for Meisterplan to all our customers and interested clients. We never stop learning, thrive on creativity and support each other in our daily work in cross-functional teams, which makes our team and each and every one of us successful.

Your Mission
- Create target audience-oriented help articles for our Meisterplan software in US English as well as release communication content, blog posts or case studies as part of campaigns
- Update and improve existing content
- Support regular product launches and feature releases by delivering high-quality messaging
- Project management and implementation of campaigns in collaboration with external agencies, internal copywriters, SEA managers, graphic designers and marketing managers
- Creative conception and structured planning of demand generation campaigns, mainly for the US market
- Closely collaborate with adjacent teams (product marketing, product management, sales, customer success, software development)
- Monitoring of relevant KPIs and providing of analysis and recommendations to optimize our English-language marketing efforts

Your Profile
- (Young) professionals or graduates with a Bachelor's degree in the field of content design, text, content marketing, or a comparable field
- Exceptional written and oral communications skills in English, US English language skills at C2 level - German language skills a plus, but not required
- Affinity for software products, preferably in a B2B context
- Independent, reliable, thorough, and confident when handling feedback
- Communicative when collaborating with your team and other teams
- Experience with content management systems such as WordPress; basic HTML skills preferred
- You can achieve things and are highly motivated to get started at itdesign, but you're missing a few of the requirements mentioned above? Be brave, we still want to get to know you
