Do you want to work on a New Class of Drones? Our product universe spans three different platforms with maximum take-off weights of up to 1000 kg and characteristic dimensions of 8 m: The hexacopter Grille for medical evacuation, the multi-role rotorcraft Wespe for logistics and support operations, as well as the fixed-wing drone Bussard for surveillance and intelligence missions. All systems are powered by RasCore, our highly redundant, military-grade avionics system for safe operations within EASA’s Specific Category. Three aircraft, one mission: to bridge the gap between small UAVs and traditional manned systems.

**Tasks**
- Establishment and further development of our Internal Compliance Program (ICP)
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating (international) contracts in close coordination with relevant departments
- Providing legal advice to management and teams on day-to-day business matters
- Supporting and implementing export control requirements (e.g., export control, dual-use goods, embargoes)
- Collaborating with external law firms (external counsel) on specialized legal matters
- Monitoring and implementing relevant legal regulations in both national and international contexts
- Assisting in the development of internal policies, training, and compliance communication

**Qualifications**
- Completed law degree (First State Examination, LL.B., or LL.M.) or a comparable qualification
- Initial to several years of professional experience in a law firm or in a legal/compliance role, ideally within a regulated environment
- Interest in shaping structures and processes
- Strong understanding of economic and technical contexts
- Precise, solution-oriented working style and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
