**Payroll Partner (M/F/d)**:
**Experience**:
As our new **Payroll Partner (m/w/d)**, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless collaboration with external partners to deliver high-quality payroll and HR services to our employees. You will collaborate with the Workplace Experience, HRIS, Finance and Tax Teams to on improving organizational efficiency and driving process improvement.

**_ We want you to:_**:

- Perform a wide range of monthly payroll tasks, including data collection, review, and analysis preparation of reports and process guidelines, and maintaining effective communication with internal parties (HR team, Finance, Tax, and employees) as well as with external parties (state authorities, payroll provider, tax advisors, mobility services consultants).
- Successfully manage monthly and annual payroll cycles to ensure seamless payment of salaries, bonuses, and accurate reflection of benefits.
- Ensure compliance with German labor law and tax law and correct transmission of the information to the respective authorities. Liaise with external auditors and government agencies for payroll-related audits and compliance checks for the legal entities assigned.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all payroll matters for employees and HR team, address concern and provide accurate information for matters related to payment of salaries, wage and other taxes, social contributions, and provision of the required certificated and documentation.
- Preparation of reports and statistical information.
- Management of the expat payroll, annual tax returns and international assignments from payroll perspective.
- Master data maintenance to review and reflect changes and corrections, considering legal requirement related to social security and payroll information as well as international payroll compliance.
- Participate in the evaluation and implementation of payroll system upgrades or enhancements.

**_About you:_**:

- Degree or apprenticeship with minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in payroll management.
- Knowledge of relevant laws governing German Payroll (e.g., tax, withholding and wage garnishment, capital forming benefits, pension plans).
- Familiarity with one of the commonly used payroll software programs (ADP, DATEV, Cornerstone, SAP Payroll, Personio).
- Prior experience of work with SAP SF (of other HRIS) would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of relevant software (MS Office) with good working knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience in working in a multilateral, multinational team and good understanding of cross-cultural communication is a plus.
- Fluency in English and German language is required.
