Product Owner

As Product Owner (all genders) at Eurowings Digital, you are responsible for the functional, technical and strategic development of one of our product areas across the Eurowings app and website. You shape and carry the product vision and strategy and drive meaningful, measurable impact for our customer and the business. **What you'll do**: - Work closely with our teams and stakeholders to ensure that our digital products run seamlessly with Airline Operations - Create a shared understanding of their needs/problems and conceptualize solutions - Independently write user stories to build up a product backlog based on customer and business requirements - Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on OKRs and the product vision - Back your ideas and decisions through A/B testing and data-driven insights - Have lateral leadership of a squad and guide them to success by taking decisions collaboratively and continuously improving our way of working **What you'll need**: - At least 5 years' experience working as a Product Owner/Product Manager - In depth experience in developing both app and web products - An analytical mindset, experience with quantitative and qualitative methods such as A/B testing and enthusiasm for digging into data - Familiar working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment - Experience writing user stories to build up a product backlog based on the requirements from the customer and from the vision - Fluent business English skills.
